The throw-over-style panniers are made from heavy-duty UV-treated PVC tarpaulin, with every seam heat-welded. Combined with the roll-top closures with quick-release buckles, the bags keep water and dust outside even in the worst deluge or sandstorm. Removable internal stiffeners let you flatten the bags against the side of your bike. The bags’ exterior has carry handles and straps for additional cargo.
