KTM Extends 4-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty for 2025 KTM and Husqvarna Bikes
Did you recently buy a KTM or Husqvarna motorcycle? If so, we have good news for you. Bajaj Auto, the owner of both brands, is extending the manufacturer’s warranty to cover more motorcycles.
The company recently announced that the four-year warranty now applies to all street-legal KTM and Husqvarna bikes from model year 2025 onward.
In the KTM stable, this applies to all motorcycles in the adventure, naked, supersport, and supermoto categories. The dual sport category is also covered, excepting the EXC-F models that carry only a one-year warranty.
Note that track-only and closed course competition KTM models are also excluded.
To qualify for the KTM warranty, the bike must be kept in regular maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations. Riders can choose to get the maintenance done at a KTM dealership, any qualified mechanic, or even do it themselves. However, improper maintenance or repair procedures will void the warranty, so it may be best to play it safe and go see a professional.

Meanwhile, on the Husqvarna side, the extended warranty now covers the naked (Svartpilen 125, 401, 801; Vitpilen 125, 401, 801), travel (701 Enduro, Norden 901/Expedition), and supermoto (701 Supermoto) bikes.
The company states that (at least for Husqvarna bikes) the coverage applies to all motorcycles from the 2025 model year onward, whether currently in dealership inventory or already bought. There are no fees involved.
Husqvarna owners have fewer options on where to get their bike maintenance done. The company dictates that all scheduled services must be done by an authorized Husqvarna dealership to maintain the warranty.
