Dark Horse 1This time of year the weather is known for being anything but pleasant in Chicago; after all there is a reason it’s called “The Windy City.” Nevertheless Indian Motorcycle is calling all riders in the area who are willing to brave the elements to join in the Dark Horse Challenge Ride, which will roll down Michigan Avenue in the heart of downtown Chicago on Friday, Feb. 13 at 4 p.m. The ride will celebrate the launch of Indian’s newest model, the 2016 Chief Dark Horse, which will be unveiled during the festivities. The ride will conclude at the Kaiser Tiger where Indian will host a launch party for the Dark Horse.

The Dark Horse Challenge is open for all riders, though proper riding gear is required (and chances are, it’ll be cold). All participants will receive a commemorative patch and swag bag. For more info and to register, go to:

“We know die-hard Chicagoland riders are itching to fire up their bikes, so we’re issuing a challenge for the toughest riders out there to come join us for an exhilarating ride down Michigan Avenue as we commemorate the debut of the toughest Indian Motorcycle on the market,” said Scott Meek, marketing director for Indian Motorcycle. “The Dark Horse is a bike that will separate its riders from the rest of the pack, and we think the Dark Horse Challenge will do the same.”
