Back Country Discovery Routes

Wanting to preserve the ability to cross large parts of the country off-road, Paul Guillien and Tom Myers of Touratech USA along with Rob Watt, Bryce Stevens, Justin Bradshaw, and Sterling Noren have created a non-profit organization called Back Country Discovery Routes. The 501c(4) organization aims to forge off-road trails across entire states using public land and unpaved roads. To date they have created routes through Washington, Utah, and, recently, Colorado. Covering over 700 miles of Colorado back country, this recent expedition will be featured in an upcoming issue of RoadRUNNER Magazine as well as a documentary chronicling the journey. You can view a trailer for the documentary below.
