Racer Grip Glove

Introduced just a few months ago, the Grip by Racer is a quality leather glove with a pre-curved design for maximum riding comfort. Much of the glove is made of goatskin, for superior feel and fit. The palm has a Pittards leather patch for extra toughness and grip. The gloves are lined for comfort, and SuperFabric-covered soft protectors on fingers and palm provide added protection.

Perforations on the thumbs and small vents on the tops of the wrists allow airflow. Depending on what type of motorcycle you ride, and features such as handguards, heated grips, and where you ride, these gloves may be worn during spring, summer, and fall.

The Grip gloves are CE certified and have hard knuckle protection and double hook and loop closures at the wrists for secure retention. There’s a sizing chart on the Racer website; I got the gloves in my usual size and they fit like a … glove. As in good, with nice proportioning and the right finger lengths.

So far I’ve used them in temperatures ranging from the 50s through the 90s and they worked well across this span. There’s enough airflow to maintain comfort at high temperatures, yet not so much that the hands get cold at lower temps.
