2015 Harley-Davidson World RideMillions of Miles in Two Days –

The annual Harley-Davidson World Ride is coming up again. The Motor Company urges all motorcyclists to “Just Ride” June 27–28 regardless of whether they ride a Harley-Davidson or not. Ken Ostermann, Harley-Davidson’s General Manager of Integrated Marketing Operations, says, “One of the beautiful things about riding a motorcycle is how it lets you check out from the daily grind and experience the pure feelings of joy and freedom it brings. The Harley-Davidson World Ride is all about being on your bike, loving life, and sharing that feeling with others.”

The World Ride got its start in 2008 as “Million Mile Monday” and was expanded to two days in 2012. In 2014, World Ride participants racked up over 10 million miles of riding over the two days. With the 2015 event being held on a Saturday and Sunday, that total should be easily surpassed.

Participation couldn’t be easier. Simply record your mileage over the course of the weekend and go to www.h-d.com/worldride to add your number to the total. On social media sites like Twitter and Facebook use the hashtag #HDworldride to share photos or thoughts on the experience.

Do you plan to “Just Ride” on June 27–28?
