BRP Celebrates the 100,000th Can-Am Spyder100,000th Can-Am Presented at SpyderFest –

Bombardier Recreational Products recently announced that the 100,000th Can-Am Spyder rolled off the assembly line in Québec on April 20, 2015. That’s quite an accomplishment, especially since the first one was produced just eight short years ago in 2007. That first Spyder was delivered to Jay Leno. The 100,000th unit, however, was destined for first time Spyder owner Brahm Wilson, a Missouri firefighter. The 2015 Spyder F3-S was presented to Brahm at the 2015 SpyderFest rally in Springfield, MO—the largest Spyder rally in the world.

BRP’s president and CEO, José Boisjoli, says, “It has been a great ride with the Can-Am Spyder since we first unveiled it in 2007, to today, delivering the 100,000th unit. The Spyder F3 model marks our entry into the cruiser segment, which represents two-thirds of the North American motorcycle industry. Consumer response to this new model leads us to believe that we can expect more milestones in the near future.”
