It’s a great time to be a rider. Never before in the history of motorcycles have there been so many options when it comes to both motorcycles and riding gear. There’s a bike for every riding style, preference, and price—whichever mount you choose, there’s plenty of gear to match. In RoadRUNNER’s Summer Gear Buyers’ Guide, you’ll find seven distinct outfits that correspond to five different types of riding, motorcycle, and in many cases, lifestyle. Each is complete with a helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, boots, and other apparel items and accessories specific to that genre of our sport. The third installment of the guide is dedicated to touring riders who like to devour serious miles in a day.

Though the list is far from exhaustive, the editors of RoadRUNNER have carefully selected each outfit with the inclusion of as many options as possible. So without further adieu, welcome to summer!

4. Accessory: Moto-Skiveez
Designed to keep your rear end comfy for long hours in the saddle, Moto-Skiveez motorcycle underwear incorporates a proprietary seat pad sewn into the boxer brief style shorts. Cruiser, adventure, and sport styles are available. $59.95
