Ducati’s brand new Streetfighter is upping the naked bike ante with an unprecedented amount of performance for its class. Loaded with components from Ducati’s 2008 World Championship Winning Superbikes, it should pack enough punch to outperform any other naked on the market. And for those with an even more discerning performance palate, there is an “S” variant available with Ohlins suspension, forged Marchesini wheels, carbon fiber panels, data acquisition and eight-way adjustable traction control. Colors available will include Ducati red along with pearl white for the Streetfighter, and metallic black for the Streetfighter S.

In anticipation of the Streetfighter’s arrival, a priority reservation system for future owners is being implemented. When a customer places a deposit through the Ducati dealer network, he or she is added to a priority delivery list and is guaranteed delivery of the first Streetfighter available. Interest in this machine is at an all time high and the priority reservation system will ensure that serious enthusiasts get in their seat as soon as it hits dealerships.
