Ken Engelman

Associate Publisher/Advertising Director

Hailing from the professional woodworking industry, I was the National Account Sales Manager for a trade magazine called Woodshop News for 6 years.  My professional passion is educating clients on how to understand their target markets and communicate their messages clearly and effectively. When a client calls me at the end of the year and says “this program worked great Ken – let’s do it again next year”, I know I’ve accomplished my goal.

I reside in Branford, Connecticut and ride my 2003 Harley Davidson Road King Classic as much as possible.  Before joining the RoadRUNNER team, I was a subscriber to RoadRUNNER magazine. Like a lot of our readers, I have a personal passion for riding into the unknown. My father, older brother, Uncle, and girlfriend’s two brothers all ride! And this past October, my girlfriend also received her motorcycle license.  Without a doubt, there is a family love affair with motorcycling and the open road. Although I love to ride in the Malibu Mountains and the Pacific Coast Highway, throughout Bear Mountain in upstate New York, and ANY road in Connecticut except Route 95, my preference is always to ride the roads less traveled, where new sights, smells, and experiences lie around each bend and over each hill. That being said, my future plans include taking as many tours as possible, and riding in the company of friends and family.
