Though he was most closely associated with the Triumph brand, Steve McQueen also had a soft spot for Swedish bikes. Come January, motorcycle collectors and Steve McQueen fans will get a crack at owning one of his personal bikes. Though it isn’t the same bike featured in the famous motorcycle film On Any Sunday, this 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross was owned and frequently ridden by the famous actor. The bike will be up for bidding at Bonhams’ third annual motorcycle auction at Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV on January 10th. Joining McQueen’s Husky on the block will be an original 1902 Indian Rambler, and four racing BMWs including a rare Kompressor.
