2010 Adventure Rider Challenge
The deadline to register for this year’s Rawhyde Adventure Rider Challenge is coming up quickly! April 12th is the last day to register. Be part of the biggest “Adventure” in North America. It’s a whole lot more than just a motorcycle event! It’s also about amazing fun, great camaraderie, awesome riding, and passion for the outdoors.
This year the incredible GS Trophy competition has been added to the challenge. Just as a teaser, the GS trophy challenge is your chance to win an all expenses paid trip to South Africa to represent the United States in an international riding skills competition. “Team USA” will be selected from a group of the top 20 competitors in this year’s Adventure Riders Challenge. With each passing year the format of the event has been modified slightly to keep it fun and exciting but there are always three distinct themes to the Adventure Riders Challenge:
First are the epic rides. RawHyde’s setting in Southern California provides access to some of the finest adventure rides on the planet. GPS tracks & maps are provided to guide you to a variety of awesome places.
Second is the annual competition. This year there will be two competitive programs. The first is a double jeopardy canyoneering task for three man teams. The second is a test of individual prowess in our trials-style arenas.
Last, but not least is the camaraderie you’ll find. You’ll spend evenings around the campfire together sharing the very best in cuisine, entertainment, etc. with your fellow riders, as well as some of the most noted vendors of adventure riding products and accessories including Touratech-USA.
