Blue Strada Tours Expands Offerings for 2009

Blue Strada Tours announces its 2009 program with a newly expanded Tour schedule and the addition of Motorcycle Rentals and Self-Guided Tours. Specializing in Motorcycle Tours in and around the mountains and High Country of North Carolina, Blue Strada Tours is based in Charlotte and focuses on upscale lodging, restaurants, and a careful selection of routes that are the perfect combination of endless twisty roads and fantastic scenery.

Currently on the 2009 schedule are the 6 days riding/7 nights Grand Mountain Tour; and 4 days riding/5 nights Excursion Mountain Tour that average between 185 and 235 miles per day in and around the Appalachian and Smoky Mountains. Highlights of both trips include Tail of the Dragon at Deal’s Gap, as well as Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville.

The Red Bull Indianapolis GPTM Tour returns to the 2009 schedule August 25-September 2. This very popular VIP Tour features more great roads to and from Indianapolis with minimal traffic, “back roads” scenery, and adrenaline pumping curves. Unique lodging, great food and first-class hospitality at the Speedway are key components for guests who sign up for this special event.

Self-guided Tours and Rentals have been added to the options for guests wanting to explore the Carolina Mountains at their own pace, on their own budget and schedule. Blue Strada’s fleet of Suzuki DL 650A and DL 1000 V-Strom motorcycles are ready and available for just such trip planning. Blue Strada will provide their Self-guided Tour guests with route details, custom maps, as well as hotel and restaurant suggestions to fit most anyone’s riding interests, length of stay and budget.

Private and/or Custom Tours are also available for groups of riding buddies, clubs and business rewards programs.
